When scaffolding and giant boxes appeared on the basketball courts at the headquarters, people speculated that the conversion of the basketball courts into an indoor gym was underway. It turned out later that, instead of a new gym, a huge tent was assembled for this year's Family Day event.

This year, the celebration of Hua Guang's annual Family Day overlapped an event held by the Yuhang District community. As an active member of the community, the company gladly invited their neighbours to share the company venue. Unlike the Family Day events of the previous years, which took place in the media room of the office building, an outdoor stage was built to accommodate the combined event of the company and the community.

In addition to the usual dancing and singing, comedies were also being performed by professional actors, which the audience found amusing.

Seeing so many professional artists, Hua Guang people were not deterred to give their own performance.
