Brazing Flux

The melting point of the brazing flux should be lower than that of the brazing alloys, and it should possess good interfacial activity. Brazing flux can effectively destroy or dissolve the oxide film on the surface of the base metals and the brazing alloys, which enhances the wettability and spreading of the liquid brazing material on the surface, thus improving the joint quality. Flux must be used in most brazing applications. This series of products can be widely applied in copper- and silver-based brazing alloys.
